Terms of Service

Your account

You must provide accurate information and are responsible for activity on your account. You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live, to sell on ForYourPurse.

Buying and selling

• Sellers are responsible for the accuracy of their listings, including authenticity, condition, and price.
• Listing counterfeit goods or misrepresenting items is prohibited and may result in removal and account suspension.
• ForYourPurse provides the marketplace and tools; transactions and arrangements are made directly between buyers and sellers.

Live selling

When hosting or joining a live session, you agree to behave lawfully and respectfully. You are responsible for the content you broadcast.

Acceptable use

• Do not post unlawful, fraudulent, abusive, or infringing content.
• Do not harass other users or attempt to circumvent moderation or safety features.
• Do not interfere with or disrupt the service.

You can report conversations or users in the app. We may review reports and remove content or suspend accounts that violate these terms.

Content you provide

You retain ownership of the content you post. You grant ForYourPurse a licence to host and display that content for the purpose of operating the marketplace.

Disclaimers and liability

The service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the extent permitted by law, ForYourPurse is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

Changes and termination

We may update these terms and will revise the date above when we do. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You may stop using the service and delete your account at any time.
