ForYourPurse (“ForYourPurse”, “we”, “us”) is a curated marketplace for buying, selling, and discovering preloved luxury handbags, including live selling sessions from vetted sellers. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have.
Information we collect
- Account information — your name and email address (via Google sign-in) and the profile details you provide.
- Content you create — listings, photos you upload, loved items, want-to-buy requests, and messages you exchange with other users.
- Live sessions — when you host or join a live session, your camera and microphone feed are streamed to participants for the duration of the session.
- Usage activity — listing views, searches, and seller contacts, used to operate and improve the marketplace.
- Device information — a push notification token (if you enable notifications) and basic diagnostic data used to keep the app stable.
How we use your information
- To provide the marketplace — listings, messaging, and live selling.
- To personalise what you see and surface relevant pieces and sellers.
- To send notifications you have opted into.
- To keep the platform safe, including moderation of reported content.
- To diagnose problems and improve performance and reliability.
Service providers
We share data with vendors who process it on our behalf, only as needed to run the service:
- Supabase — authentication, database, and image storage.
- ZEGOCLOUD — real-time audio and video for live sessions.
- Sentry — error and crash diagnostics.
- Expo / Apple Push Notification service — delivery of push notifications.
We do not sell your personal information.
Data retention
We keep your information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the service. You can request deletion of your account and associated personal data at any time using the contact details below.
Your choices
- Turn push notifications on or off from your device settings or in-app.
- Edit your profile and listings at any time.
- Request access to, correction of, or deletion of your data.
Children
ForYourPurse is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them.
